At Simna Perfume, we’ve thoughtfully designed each product to offer exceptional quality with complete transparency. We genuinely hope you love your purchase, but if for any reason you need to return a product, we’re here to make it simple and stress-free.
We offer refunds or replacements in the following situations:

Your order arrived damaged.

The product delivered was expired.
If any of the above apply, please submit a return or replacement request within 7 days of delivery by emailing us at simnaperfume@gmail.com.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or process claims after the 7-day window.
NOTE: IN CASE OF ANY RETURN OR REFUND REQUEST DUE TO ISSUES SUCH AS A STOLEN ITEM FROM THE PACKAGE, RECEIVING A DAMAGED PRODUCT, OR AN EMPTY PACKAGE — YOU MUST PROVIDE AN UNBOXING VIDEO OF THE PACKAGE. WITHOUT A VALID UNBOXING VIDEO, YOUR REQUEST WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED BY OUR CUSTOMER CARE TEAM. IF THE VIDEO IS FOUND TO BE EDITED, INCOMPLETE, OR INCORRECT IN ANY WAY, THE RETURN OR REFUND REQUEST WILL BE REJECTED.
